SBI PO Eligibility Criteria 2022
Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university or hold any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Provisional applications are also available to students in their Final Year/Semester of Graduation, as long as they produce proof of passing the graduation examination if invited for Documents Verification.
A candidate shall be between the ages of 21 and 30 as of 01.04.2022, which means that they must have been born between 01.04.2001 and 02.04.1992 (inclusive).

Applicants from SC/ST/PWD categories do not have to pay an application fee, while those from other categories have to pay Rs. 750/.

SBI PO Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
There are three stages in the recruitment process for Probationary Officers at SBI:
1) Prelims Examination
2) Mains Examination
3) GD/Interview
Number of Attempts : For each category, the maximum number of chances is fixed. Candidates who have used all their chances cannot apply. Appearing in the preliminary exam does not count as an attempt, but appearing in the main exam does.

SBI PO 2022 Exam Pattern
Phase-1 : Prelims Examination
There are three sections in this online examination, which includes 100 marks for successfully completing the question paper in one hour. The sectional cut-off in the Preliminary Exam has been removed. Candidates’ overall scores will be taken into account in order to qualify for the next round of selection.

Phase-2 : Mains Examination
An Objective Test of 200 marks will be administered online and a Descriptive Test of 50 marks will be administered in the Main Examination. As soon as the Objective Test is completed, the Descriptive Test will be administered, and candidates will need to type their answers on a computer.

Final Selection
Phase-II and Phase-III will have to be qualified separately by the candidates. A final merit list will be prepared by adding the scores obtained in Phase-II for both the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, to those obtained in Phase-III. Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) scores will not be added to the final selection merit list.
